The Grant Arms Hotel has changed a lot since Queen Victoria stayed here in 1860. Built in 1765 during the reign of King George III The Grant Arms Hotel is a traditional Scottish building, tastefully refurbished to provide thoroughly modern standards of comfort.

A visit to the DHU Distillery,step back in time to see and hear how whisky was made in the 1900s – and then sample a dram for yourself.  Baxter’s highland shop again step back in time as you enter the old grocery shop, originally opened by George Baxter in 1868 and discover the history of the Baxter family story. We will also visit  Brodies  who have over 150 years experience in the art of roasting coffee and blending tea.
