Biggin Hill Memorial Musuem , Gardens & Chapel & Cream Tea.
A private guided tour and guide book.
The memorial Museum tells the story of Britian’s most famous fighter station, through the personal experiences of those who served there and the community that supported them.
The Museum is situated on the same site of the Chapel of Remembrance , built in 1951 to preserve the legacy of those who served and died at Biggin Hill during the Second World War.
The tranquil garden of Remembrance contains the ashes of RAF personnel and their spouses beneath rose beds planted with ‘Pot o’ gold Roses.
